Gift Certificate, Money Envelope Card |Altenew Adore You stamp set

Hello, crafty friends!
I have an another wedding themed project to share with you.
First one was wedding box card, click HERE.

Today one is a congratulatory money envelope for my friend's wedding day ( it's a part of Korean wedding culture :D) I think you can use this cardmaking idea for gift certificate or money envelope card, too.

For this card, I mainly used Korean 5 traditional colors, yellow, blue, red, white and black.
I started by designing envelope formation using blue paper from Neenah for making perfectly match with Korean money size.

For envelope cover, I cut it with scallop die from cream color paper using MFT Stitched Scalloped Basic Edges Die. I then combined body and cover with double sided tape.

Next, I randomly stamped Altenew Adore You stamp set onto the blue body with Versamark ink and heat embossed using gold embossing powder.

I stamped again some flowers onto the red color paper and heat embossed them using gold tinsel embossing powder. I then popped flowers up using lots of small circle die cuts with glue for creating button ties. But I recommend foam adhesives at this step for saving your time.

It's time to getting to the inside of card.

On top inside, I put a card with message part. I stamped my friend's name with Concord & 9th Perfectly Penned stamp set.

I wrapped money with light vellum paper and put them into the bottom inside of this card.

You can see stamped flowers on the inside cover using Altenew Adore You stamp set. I used Versafine Majestic blue ink for tone-on-tone effect.

Big ribbon is die cut from gold metallic card stock using Studio Katia Darling Ribbon and Dotted Frames die set.

Hope you enjoy this card. You can see mini video including more pictures on my Instagram. Check out HERE.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!

Love,
Dana
