Hello, crafty friends!
Today I created birthday card using my very first stamp and die of Concord & 9th. I combined 'Joy' die and 'Happy day' stamp set. Here is what I come up with.
To start, I gold heat embossed the cake image onto watercolor paper using Wow 'Fool's gold' embossing powder. I colored flowers and cake with Zig markers without water. After adhering blue glitter paper on the white card base, I die cut the watercolor panel with 'Joy' die. I then created shaker using fuse tool, sequins and beads. Lastly, I mounted watercolor panel to card base and splattered inks with water around the cake and added some sequins.
I think the sentiment goes well with today's sparkling blue and gold colors.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
Hugs,
Dana.
