Coffee Loving Cardmakers and Our Daily Bread Designs Collaboration Blog Hop
10:00:00 PM
Hello and welcome to the Coffee Loving Cardmakers and Our Daily Bread Designs Collaboration Blog Hop! I'm so happy to be a part of this amazing blog hop today. I have two cards featuring Our Daily Bread Designs products and let's get started!
For my first card, I started by die cutting cool cup elements from white card stock, vellum and Yupo paper using ODBD Beverage Cup Dies. I then scribbled various alcohol markers on a 3 pieces of Yupo die cuts.
I sprayed some alcohol onto each of them, picked it up with a paper towel as soon as possible to make a clear droplets.
I colored straws and sprinkles with Copic markers and assembled them together using clear adhesive for front and masking tape for back.
I ink blended my background with Cracked Pistachio distress oxide ink and flicked same colors with water and let it dried. Then, I white heat embossed the sentiment from ODBD I Love Coffee Stamp Set.
After I foam mounted the cups, I embellished background with bubbles and adhered the panel onto A2 sized blue card base.
My second card is... Christmas card for coffee lovers! I took a green paper from ODBD Latte Love Paper Pad and sprayed white inks as shown.
I then die cut cup elements from watercolor paper and ODBD Latte Love Paper Pad. I ink blended the cup with distress ink and added mini jingle bell with gold metallic thread.
Next, I pulled out a piece of woodgrain paper and white heat embossed a sentiment. I then freely cut it out using scissors and applied Nuvo Cyrstal Drops Simply White to top of it.
To finish, I adhered coffee bean paper from ODBD onto white card base. I then stacked up all elements using glue and foam adhesive. I glued snowflake die cuts from same die set as well.
That's all for today! Thank you so much for stopping by!
