Blog Hop|WOW! Embossing Powder & Technique Tuesday Stamps Collaboration

9:00:00 PM

Hello and welcome to the WOW! Embossing Powder & Technique Tuesday Stamps Collaboration Blog Hop!

I'm Dana and I'm so excited to be joining this special event with both amazing companies. Hopefully you arrived here from Natasha Kara's blog, but it not, please check out full blog hop list at the bottom of this post.

For today's card, I began by ink blending the background as shown using Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feather and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide Inks.

I then die cut solid dragonflies from vellum and detailed dragonflies from white card stocks using Technique Tuesday Dragonfly Die.

I rubbed detailed die cuts with WOW! Clear Ink Pad and sprinkled WOW! Aladdin Embossing Glitter to first dragonfly.

Then, I sprinkled WOW! Zeus Embossing Glitter to another dragonfly and heat set both dragonflies using WOW! Dual Speed Heat Tool. I adhered them on vellum papers using glue.

I white heat embossed a sentiment from Technique Tuesday Dragonfly Stamp Set onto black card stock using WOW! Opaque White Embossing Powder. I trimmed it down and I popped it up using foam adhesive after I arranged white and colored papers as shown in the picture.

As a final touch, I glued pastel embellishments here and there.
