Studio Katia & Heffy Doodle Collaboration Blog Hop + Giveaway!

11:00:00 PM

Hello, everyone! Welcome to Studio Katia & Heffy Doodle Collaboration Blog Hop!

It's Dana and I hope you've arrived here from Amanda's blog, but if not, please check out full blog hop list at the bottom of this post to get more chances to win.

Today, I'm sharing two cards featuring amazing products from both companies.

To begin, I trimmed down black card stock into 3.5x8.5(inch) for card base. I then die cut scallop panel from bristol paper using Studio Katia Dotted Slimline Set 2.

I double stenciled planet with Distress Oxide Inks using Studio Katia Ink Blender Brushes. I also used Heffy Doodle Circle Masquerade Stencil and Wave To Me Stencil.

Next, I covered up the planet using another peice of Circle Masquerade Stencil. I then ink blended galaxy using Distress Oxide Inks and Ink Blender Brushes. For more texture, I splattered black and white inks here and there and let them dried.

White it dried, I stamped Heffy Doodle Spaced Out in black and colored them in with Copic markers. I highlighted them using white gel pen and cut them out using scissors. I popped up all elements where I wanted them and white heat embossed a sentiment from Heffy Doodle Spaced Out as shown. I mounted scalloped panel onto black card base and finished off this card.

For my second card, I started by die cutting scalloped panel from white card stock using Studio Katia Dotted Patterns Set 4. I then partially stenciled heart circle as shown using Heffy Doodle Circle Masquerade Stencil and Scribble On My Heart Stencil. I used some dye inks as well.

Then, I stamped ice cream images from Heffy Doodle Treat Yo'Self in black. I colored them in with Copic markers and gave them highlights using white gel pen and clear sparkling marker. I cut out both images using scissors and popped them up with foam tape.

After I stamped a sentiment from same stamp set, I foam taped scalloped panel onto A2 sized background paper I trimmed down from Studio Katia Black, White & Rainbow Paper.

That's it for today! I hope you enjoyed my cards and thank you so much for stopping by!
