Hello, crafty friends! Welcome to the Gracielle Design & Coffee Loving Cardmakers Collab Blog Hop! I'm so happy to be part of this fun blog hop as a CLC designer. If you came here from sweet Becca's blog, you are right on track. If you are not, please visit Graciellie Design and Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog to start.
Today, we are featuring Graciellie Design Coffee & Love Digi stamp set. This stamp set contains pretty cup image and lots of sweet sentiments.
For Today's card, I flipped original image as shown and created one layer card design and printed out. I'd like to color my card using copic and also watercolor, I used Clairefontaine Paint On Multi Techniques paper (250g).
This paper is not perfect as much as professional watercolor papers or copic-friendly papers for each mediums. However, it brings me good result when I do light coloring like today's card. Also, it works very well in general inkjet printer, so I enjoy using this paper for most of my digi stamp projects.
After printing the image, I colored cup images with copic markers. I added pencil coloring especially on flowers and leaves. I also drew shadow of leaves and love how it turned out.
I then watercolored background using Mijello Mission Gold Watercolor paints and splattered black watercolor paints as shown.
I popped up background panel to A2 sized ligth brown card base using foam tape and finished off this card.
Hope you enjoyed this card. Thank you so much for stopping by!
